Per app store policies and the nature of digital products, we can’t offer refunds, but you can cancel subscriptions anytime and thus you won’t be charged again after it expires.

Our apps can be used with or without therapy, because you have the right to self-reflect whenever you want to, and many find the practice of self-reflection to bring as many life-changing breakthroughs as therapy. HOWEVER, that said, self-reflection can also lead to feelings that you need more help to understand, and using our apps in conjunction with therapy can yield even greater results.
No, the founder and content creator behind our apps is not a licensed therapist – she’s just someone who used these exact same exercises, learned the same lessons, and found herself healed, free, and living her dream life.

YES! We offer a free trial period of 3 days. We keep it short and sweet to encourage you to take action and try out those features, as they will be to your personal benefit!
We cannot guarantee any particular results, as everyone’s personal challenges and goals vary. However, in our personal experience, the reflection and learning that is provided through our app leads to clarity – and this means better decision making, better understanding of yourself, and therefore, more peace, which altogether, usually lead to more success in accomplishing your personal goals and healthier relationships.
We do not offer personal coaching. Should you desire someone to talk with about all that you’re learning and realizing through use of our apps, we recommend a therapist or a trusted, healthy confidant (I.E., not someone who was not a part of any of your personal trauma or who has ever judged and criticized you.)
We do not offer a community beyond the comment section of our social media profiles at this time because we A) don’t want to encourage trauma dumping and B) don’t want anyone to start playing therapist and giving other users unsolicited advice, which is not really helpful.
